Heather Fouts - Executive Director

Heather became Executive Director of the Cass County Historical Society in October 2022. She has provided community arts and museum education experiences in Indiana since 2004. She is a graduate of Indiana University, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities and a Master of Science degree in Art Education.

Heather is an avid fan of Star Wars and Indiana Jones. She is also a talented mixed media artist.

Jill Snyder - Program Manager

Jill joined the CCHS staff in October 2023.  Jill is a Logansport, IN native. She has over 20 years of past experience in nonprofit and relationship management. For 18 years, Jill worked as a therapist in Miami and Cass counties. She is a graduate of Ball State, Indiana and Indiana State Universities, holding a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Behavioral Counseling.

Jill has 12 grandchildren, including 2 great grandchildren and loves cats.
