About the event
This October Cass County Historical Society will debut "From Dark Pages" theatric mystery tours at Long Home Museum. Be amongst the first to perform in what is sure to become a spooky season tradition for our community. Our production welcomes the talent of directors Aubrey Brock and Morgan McDonough, who will host auditions on June 1, 2026, 5-8 PM at the Long Home Museum.
From Dark Pages is set in 1888, during a time in history when the Long Home Museum is still just a family residence, Gothic Literature is at it's peak, and the nefarious Jack the Ripper is on the loose killing young women in Whitechapel England.
Roles include famous authors and their creations (example: Mary Shelley and Frankenstein), a queen, a fortune teller, a "lady of the night" and of course, our villain. Volunteer actors must be age 18+ to participate without adult permission and supervision. Actors…
