About the event
Former U.S. Navy officer Craig Berndt will share a PowerPoint presentation about traveling on his personal boat on 2,500 miles of Eastern - U.S. rivers. You will hear about places he has visited on the 980 mile Ohio River and several smaller rivers, how 15 barges are moved in one "tow," how to pass through a lock in one of the many dams, and where to anchor for the night.
